DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH. I got there and got scammed into a monthly subscription when I said I do not wash my car that often so then I had to submit 3 online requests to cancel my subscription because the 877 number is not at all helpful. Also when I paid $22 FOR A CAR WASH I was expecting a great wash but my car was soaking wet as the dryers did not do like anything. And then I go to get DRY towels to dry my soaking wet car and THE TOWELS THEMSELVES ARE WET!! I am never coming back here again and telling everyone I know to not go to this car wash or any other locations.

Horrible experience - The guy wanted me to do it a subscription which is fine, but I was using a company card and had a company vehicle. I can’t do subscriptions on my Company card. I said no politely twice but he was insistent. I said no finally the third time and he mumbled something under his breath. Not sure if these guys get commissioned, but the Customer Service is atrocious not to mention the car wash wasn’t even good and the vacuums are literally falling apart. I would not recommend.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the car wash in Bellevue, although I intended to purchase a monthly unlimited plan. The sales agent was unavailable as they had left @ 4pm, the associate on duty recommended that I can contact the office during business hours for assistance and discuss the ticket I paid for. However, the self service machine was not functioning according to what we wanted to purchased, which further complicated the issue. I spoke with Skyler who claimed to be a corporate representative which her attitude is not willingly to cooperate or not willing to resolve the issue, moreover, my conversation with Eden was equally unproductive as well, I was dismayed by the lack of awareness of the advancement of Technology in customer service. She’s taught she’s smarter than anyone. But when I said we live on an AI world now, she was silent. Wash N roll improved your customer service, offer training to your employees. It’s essential your customer service has morals treats costumers well. We can move to a better car wash next door, most of your locations looks trashy and the vacuum is not worth to spike my BP.

My first and only time here. Not a good experience. Guy tried to get me to do a subscription - told him I need to know if I'm going to like it or not. He said just sign up and cancel - I passed. Then he asked me if I wanted to tip the two guys that give the front and rear a quick brush before you go through the wash - which I think is odd to calculate a tip based on service before you get the service. I added 15%. I wish I left no tip. We watched other cars go through - get front and back brushed. We went through and got no front wash scrub and barely anything on the back. It all just felt like a poor effort. Still had all sorts of grime on the car. Waste of money.

Update: 5/30 - See additional photos. Over $2K in damage. Unresponsive management. Promised refund and communication that didn’t happen. TL;DR: I strongly urge you to avoid Wash N Roll Melrose. My car was damaged during the wash due to employee negligence. I was met with hostility and zero accountability. Over $2k in repairs, 3 hours of my time, and still haven’t received a single follow-up. I visited Wash N Roll Melrose on 4/14. Despite the poor reviews, I figured it was “just a car wash” and went ahead. Big mistake. I paid for a $22 platinum wash (tipped, total $23) and followed the staff’s instructions. One attendant with long brown hair guided me very close to the car ahead while another, with short blonde hair, was looking at his phone while putting soap all over the windows. I was told to put my car in neutral and remove my foot from the brake — standard in these kinds of washes. Shortly after doing so, the track pushed my car into the vehicle ahead. The attendant yelled “WHOA WHOA WHOA,” and I hit the brakes. He denied any collision at first, but the woman in front confirmed both vehicles made contact. My bumper is now visibly damaged — warped on both sides and no longe
